Concerts
As one of the significant performing arts venues, situated in the heart of the city, St James’ plays host to upwards of 80 concerts a year. The majority of these are organised by our own music department, and as such are governed by our assurance of providing the highest quality of music making at a price that is affordable. Below are the major strands of our concert giving.

Taking place between 1.15pm and 1.45pm each Wednesday lunchtime, these intimate events encompass international and local organ recitalists, chamber, vocal and instrumental recitals as well as our ongoing relationship with the Sydney Symphony Fellowship.  Concerts are free to enter with a suggested donation of $5.
